200grams green beans
1tablespoon soy sauce
2tablespoons sesame seeds

Bring a pot of water to boil.

Trim the edges off the green beans if needed.

Cut the green beans into bite-sized pieces.

Boil the green beans for 2–3 minutes.

Quickly cool the green beans in cold water.

Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce to the green beans and gently massage it in.

Squeeze out any extra soy sauce from the green beans.

Grind 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds using a Japanese mortar (suribachi) or a spice grinder.
